Personal data processed

Through the quote form we process your full name, phone number, email address (optional), surface type, field size and location, and the information you write in the message field. For the security of the site, IP address and access time are kept in server logs.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed to assess your quote request, contact you and carry out the survey and quotation process. The legal basis is Article 5/2-c of the Law (necessary for entering into a contract) and, for server logs, Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers

The data is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is processed through the hosting service in Türkiye where the site runs and through the email service used by the company; the servers of the email service may be located abroad, and such transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law. It may be shared with competent public authorities where a legal obligation arises.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for two years after the request is concluded; if a contract is made, they are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation. They are then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A session cookie is created only for authorised staff signing in to the management panel.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, request that these actions be notified to recipients, object to an adverse result arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
